Si está dispuesto a contribuir y crear valor para la movilidad más limpia e inteligente del mañana, Faurecia es el lugar para estar. - La utilización eficaz del Sistema de Excelencia de Faurecia, impulsar la implementación de las herramientas y metodología del Control de la Producción y Logística (PC&L) dentro de una planta. - Implementacion y seguimiento de Sistema de Exelencia Faurecia - Entrenamiento de nuevas implementacion en piso y administrativas - Apoyo a las areas de soporte para eficientar y mejorar los procesos - Identificar e implementar las mejores prácticas. - Validación de Cambios de Ingeniería - Proporcionar estándares PC&L para la planta: Análisis del Flujo de Información de Materiales (MIFA), - "Milk run", nívelación de stocks, etc - Definir los objetivos de utilización de recursos PC&L de manera semestral y construir un plan de acción junto con los responsables de PC&L de planta y de división - Comunicar iniciativas de mejora: formar a los empleados de planta cuando sea necesario y llevar a cabo "workshops" de mejora junto con el responsable de PC&L planta - Implementar y Auditar 7 Basicos de Inventario y 7 basicos de Entrega **Requisitos**: - MS Office - SAP - Sistema de información: EDI,ASN - Auto Cad - Requerimientos especificos del cliente Habilidades deseadas: - Capacidad de análisis y pensamiento lógico - Planeación y trabajo por objetivos - Trabajo bajo presión - Liderazgo - Cualidades de negociación con clientes internos - Iniciativa y autonomía
