Responsible for designing and developing training content, such as manuals, presentations, visual aids, courses, online courses, assessments, activities, etc., that guarantee our Ambassadors can successfully perform the required tasks in the office. Responsible for ensuring the relevance, effectiveness, and accuracy of the existing training materials.

**Job responsibilities and functions**
- Keep track and deliver training materials according to the project’s expectations.
- Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content in various formats (written materials, videos, presentations, quizzes, etc.).
- Use authoring tools to design traditional and online courses.
- Collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors, and Training Managers to provide solutions to learning gaps in existing training material.
- Periodically audit results of existing training material to guarantee its effectiveness, relevancy, and accuracy.
- Manage the company’s learning management systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with training U.S or clients for special projects.
- Collaborate with internal business leaders for the implementation of new projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English Level.
- Specialized knowledge
- Articulate 360 / Rise 360 / Storyline or other authoring tools
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Adobe Creative Cloud or other multimedia tools
- Instructional Design
- Computer Knowledge
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms (Intermediate)
- Google Slides (Basic/Desirable)
- MS Teams (Intermediate)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in training or education-related fields
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Leadership skills
