**About the Role** The Earner & Marketplace Operations role is a strategic position focused on optimizing processes for the Delivery Business in one of Mexico's territories. You'll be responsible for improving marketplace operations with a hyperlocal focus, implementing initiatives to enhance the Earner experience. This role will be accountable for the operations across multiple cities in one of the fastest-growing businesses and regions in the world. **What You'll Do** - Analyze Data: You will gather, organize, and incorporate data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with colleagues to build analytical frameworks and operational models to continuously enhance the Marketplace. - Create & Optimize Processes; You'll play a key role in building and optimizing marketplace processes to ensure operational excellence and strong business outcomes. You'll work closely with operational teams to improve the experience for Earners, users, and Merchants. - Grow the Business - As a key member of the Operations team, you will be dedicated to finding solutions for your region. The processes and projects you lead will directly contribute to the growth of the business. **What You'll Need** **Basic Qualifications** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, or with hyper-growth startups (preferred) - Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills-working with data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and scaling processes effectively - Experience making data-driven decisions, exercising good judgment in ambiguous situations, and communicating clearly across diverse teams - Strong Excel skills; experience with other databases is a plus. Comfortable learning and using new software tools (e.g., SQL) - Hands-on orientation & p roject Management mindset - Proven ability to take ownership, with a get-things-done" attitude, transitioning seamlessly from high-level strategy to tactical execution on a daily basis **Preferred Qualifications** - SQL (nice to have, but willing to learn if not already familiar) t.
