**About The Role**:
Our Operations teams work where Uber’s digital technology meets the real world. We are the local eyes on Uber’s operations team, and own city-specific business outcomes and bridge our overall business strategy with local needs. We ensure sophisticated, business-critical compliance work is done in a high-quality way and champion the core Uber experience in our cities.
Mexico’s Supply team focuses on building and strengthening the relationship with our Earners and their experience with our platform. Our purpose is to help bring Drivers onto our platform, be their guide throughout their journey, and advocate for their needs.
As the responsible for our Earner’s Early Lifecycle (ELC), you’ll own all new-earner engagement and retention efforts, ensuring they are given all the tools needed to be successful while earning with Uber. Examples of activities include:
- Tracking Earners’ ELC engagement and retention metrics
- Designing and implementing initiatives that focus on flattening the learning curve of our Earners, therefore helping them to maximize their potential earnings and productivity with the Uber Driver app
- Designing and prioritizing driver engagement initiatives that will yield results over the short and mid-term
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data on Earner satisfaction and performance, and making data-driven decisions that will impact our ELC strategy
**What you'll do**:
As an integral member of Uber’s Mexico Supply team, you will help with:
- Bringing and retaining new Drivers / Vehicle Owners / Earners into our Platform
- Ensuring exceptional experiences for our existing Drivers
- Advocating for their needs in every step of their journey
- You will be responsible for defining Mexico’s Driver ELC strategy and developing initiatives and operational processes that will increase Earner engagement and retention
- You will communicate optimally and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across disciplines to launch and optimize ELC efforts
- You will adapt and launch global products and processes making sure that they’re relevant for Mexico
- You will develop a strong understanding of the path new Earners go through and will be able to help problem-solve complex business problems during this part of an Earner’s lifecycle
**What you'll need**:
- Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
- Years of Experience/Industries: At least one year of professional experience
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Communication*: [Portuguese or Spanish] and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities
- Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
