**The role**

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Birdman, you will play a key role in creating and developing graphic materials that represent and strengthen our brand. You will be responsible for:

- Creation of visual content for social networks, advertising and promotional materials.
- Participation in brainstorming for advertising campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain and update our brand identity at all customer contact points.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product team to ensure visual consistency. Participation in design education and training, constantly expanding your skills.

**Responsabilities**
- Packaging Adjustments:

- Assist in the design and adjustment of packaging for various plant-based protein and supplement products.
- Ensure packaging aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Visual Developments:

- Collaborate with the creative team to contribute to the development of visual concepts for marketing materials, social media, and other brand assets.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements to strengthen brand identity.
- Campaign Developments:

- Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create visually appealing campaign materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Internal Photography:

- Assist in internal photography sessions for product images, lifestyle shots, and other visual content.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent imagery for use across various platforms.
- Video Making:

- Contribute to video content creation, including editing and production, for marketing campaigns, product tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring creative concepts to life through engaging video content.
- Brand Collaboration:

- Work closely with other designers, art directors, and the creative team to support brand-led activities.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for various projects.
- Design Support:

- Provide support to senior designers and art directors in various design tasks.
- Assist in preparing design assets for presentations and client meetings.
- Market Research:

- Stay informed about design trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
