**Job Description**:
Your main responsibilities
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to assist in our talent acquisition strategy.

**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years in recruitment with a focus on tech recruitment or operational roles (skilled trades and manufacturing engineering capacity - Maintenance Techs, Welders, Machinists, Electricians, civil, mechanical and industrial engineering)
- Experience doing recruitment for US based roles is a must
- Advanced english level is a must as our daily communication is in english plus you'll be recruiting for US based roles.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Understanding of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Ethical and compliant approach to US recruitment and data privacy.
