Who We AreScalepex is a dynamic services firm specializing in providing nearshore solutions.We are committed to reshaping the way businesses harness talent globally.With a relentless dedication to excellence, we empower organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.Our mission is to connect businesses with top-tier professionals from around the world, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and growth.At Scalepex, we blend cutting-edge technology with human expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive success.What Makes Us EffectiveDelivery focused: We tailor our approach to our client's specific problem.We listen first, then collaborate to formulate the solution.People focused: We believe in developing our people.We enhance and expand the capabilities of our team through constant mentoring and training.Gig workers: We ensure that the "right resources" are performing the "right role" at the "right time" delivering excellence.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our organization.You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Your ability to proactively identify and connect with potential candidates will be instrumental in helping us meet our hiring goals.Your Main ResponsibilitiesSourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.Candidate Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with passive candidates, build relationships, and communicate the value of joining our organization.Pipeline Building: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to assist in our talent acquisition strategy.Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and HR to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on candidate progress, and participate in candidate selection discussions.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases.At Scalepex we believe everyone deserves a great opportunityRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).1+ years of proven experience as an Recruiter or in a similar roleProficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.Ethical and compliant approach to recruitment and data privacy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
