**Your new company**

A multinational company with more than 20 years of experience in health sector and global presence is looking for P2P Accountant.

**Your new role**
- Publish the KPI scorecards according to the agree timetable and cycle time.
- Create a maintenance process for the continuous updating of the Dashboards.
- Liaise with GBS performance/finance managers to obtain updates of performance against SLAs and KPIs and reasons for variances to prior period and targets.
- Support the development of the customer feedback approach including satisfaction surveying, customer effort measurement, stakeholder interviews and service feedback.
- Develop root cause analysis to support process owners and continuous improvement managers and teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree in business related field.
- 1-3 Years working experience in SSCs, ideally in the area of business process improvement and Performance Management.
- Experience working with global organizations.
