As part of our dedicated team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our technological capabilities, supporting our continuous growth in Canada, USA, and Mexico, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your role will directly contribute to our commitment to delivering excellence and innovation in our services.

**Your Role and Impact**:
As our IT Support Specialist, you will be in reference to our Business & IT Solution Manager, located in Lithuania and you will on a daily basis be cooperating with other IT support colleagues located in Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network configuration, server deployment, and security management.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Manage backup and recovery processes and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in IT technology and security trends.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Office 365, Printer software/hardware, and network issues.
- Interest in expanding knowledge about different areas related to supporting FabricAir IT.
- Ability to perform basic diagnostics to identify problems.
- Understanding of Active Directory (knowledge of Azure AD is advantageous).
- Experience with service desk systems (experience with Freshservice preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent skills in English and Spanish.

It's an advantage if you have experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager

and supporting Cisco Meraki hardware.
