**About the Role**: As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product or service issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach will be key to success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide solutions to customers.
Document customer interactions, problems, and solutions in our CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common customer challenges to improve products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
