**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Attend briefings and management meetings. Daily monitoring of the correctness and timeliness of the tasks performed by subordinates.Daily organizational meetings with subordinate employees.Distribution of tasks to subordinate managers.Managing personnel matters of subordinate employees.Administration of working time of subordinate employees in the RCP system.Representation of the area during visits.Development and implementation of new processes and procedures.Process optimization.Taking care of the quality of work in accordance with health and safety standards and regulations.Reporting for the management board.Supervision and implementation of quantitative and qualitative goals of the organization.Cooperation between other departments in the organization.On-the-job training for new employees.Taking care of the proper technical condition of the production equipment.Realization of tasks ordered by the superior.Performing other work related to the position according to the orders of superiors.Compliance with health and safety / fire protection regulations.Taking care of cleanliness and order at the workplace.Taking care of the right work atmosphere, quick and matter-of-fact resolution of any conflicts.Compliance with procedures, instructions, and other company arrangements.Providing management with all relevant information on a current basis. Reporting any problems, as well as ideas affecting the quality and efficiency of own and other employees' work.Maintain daily tracking of shipments using an Excel and/or other databases.Analyze process flow, handling, materials movement, and human factors in establishing work environments that optimize productivity while ensuring employee engagement and safety
