**Objective of the Role**:Supervise distribution center operations supporting retail store replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely processing of merchandise to maintain in-store stock levels and meet customer delivery expectations while upholding company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of merchandise to retail stores and online customers.- Supervise team leads and warehouse associates across multiple shifts (if applicable).- Monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory integrity, and shipping timelines using WMS and retail KPIs.- Coordinate with merchandising, transportation, and store operations to prioritize outbound loads or promotions.- Lead daily huddles and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.- Support peak season planning and execution, such as back-to-school or holiday campaigns.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory safety standards (OSHA, DOT).- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and picking routes.- Address inventory discrepancies and work with Inventory Control team to resolve root causes.- Enforce FIFO practices and quality standards for merchandise handling.**Required Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus).- 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience in retail or consumer goods environments.- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - e.g., Manhattan, JDA, SAP EWM.- Familiarity with retail order cycles, SKU assortment, and seasonal fluctuation.**Key Competencies**:- Strong leadership, team development, and conflict resolution skills.- Time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.- Data-driven decision-making using reports and KPIs.- Strong communication with cross-functional teams (transport, stores, inventory).- Customer-centric mindset with focus on store and consumer satisfaction.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in omni-channel fulfillment (e-commerce + store distribution).- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.- Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 a la semanaBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
