This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**How you'll make your mark**:

- Function will be to Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning, and operating forecast.
- Assist in development of business plans to achieve organization goals.
- Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.
- Constructs statistical and financial models with mínimal direction to forecast business performance.
- Defines the metrics required to measure business performance and compares actual data to forecasted values.
- Executes market research projects, gathers intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to business needs.
- Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalates issues as necessary. Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.

**About you**:

- First level university degree.
- 3 - 5 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
- ** Business Analyst with depth technical knowledge in SQL Server, Excel and Power BI Report Development**, Storytelling, Planning, and Ddesign thinking etc.**
- Proficient knowledge of PL/SQL (incl. aggregate functions, joins, etc.)
- Expertise in reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, Power Query, DAX, BOE, Excel, and Think-Cell is required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to understand a highly interconnected technical and strategic landscape
- Solution-oriented & curious mindset
Strong written and verbal communication with a team player, highly collaborative attitude
Great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, differing priorities simultaneously and love of learning, multitasking is critical.
