**Summary**
As a Program Manager, You will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs from the quotation stage to EOL process to support the organization's strategic direction.
**Responsibilities**
- 1. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. 2. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. 3. The manager will provide direction and guidance to subordinates, which includes putting up working standards and monitoring performance. 4. Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company. 5. Perform efficient finance management. 6. She/He is responsible for complying and enforcing the applicable procedures and requirements of Safety, Hygiene and Environment established by the authorities and Top Management. 7. It is your responsibility to participate in the investigation of all accidents and adopt solutions to prevent their recurrence. 8. They have the responsibility and authority to suggest measures that they consider appropriate to improve the quality, safety, deliveries with their internal & external customers. 9. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. 10. Visit clients’ businesses on-site and conduct interviews with key personnel to identify specific needs**Experience /Requirements /Qualifications**
- Industrial / Manufacturing Bachelors Degree
- Experience in a related field
- Advanced English
- MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word)
- Knowledge of statistics, electrical components, ISO-9001,ISO13485, ISO/TS16949
- Lean manufacturing principles, 5S's, Six Sigma, problems analysis and knowledge on corrective and preventive actions development and implementation
- Demand Analisys
- MRP system.
