Esta posición es perfecta para alguien que tiene habilidades sólidas en facturación y aplicación de pagos, gestión y control de líneas telefónicas, apoyo y coordinación de compras, reportes a cuentas por pagar, facturación de pedidos y remisiones, reportes de movimiento diarios, reportes de ventas diarios, y capacidad para escribir y distribuir correo electrónico, notas de correspondencia, cartas y formularios.

**Requisitos indispensables**:
Inglés avanzado a nível bilingue.

VISA y Pasaporte.

Titulado en Administración, contabilidad o afín.

El Asistente Administrativo / a Bilingüe será responsable de diversas tareas, incluyendo, pero no limitado a: facturación y seguimiento de pagos, atención y gestión de líneas telefónicas, coordinar y realizar compras de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio, mantener registros y generar reportes en la cuenta por pagar, así como elaborar informes y reportes de ventas diarios. Además, deberá tener excelentes habilidades de redacción y edición para poder escribir y distribuir correos electrónicos, notas de correspondencia, cartas y formularios.
