**Tender/Quotation Specialist for Electrical Products**:**

In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for projects in Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. In this role your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Read, comprehend, and analyze customer’s specifications to develop a: ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers, ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS),
- Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews. Interact & negotiate among sales, engineering, and operations to build final offer.
- Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends. Get best prices from third party suppliers.
- Active help to meet Business Unit orders budget and meet Business Unit required margins and active participation on product improvements in collaboration with Product Management.
- Seek, develop, and execute enhancements within the area.
- Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success

**Your background**:

- +2 years of experience in preparing bids and tenders
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic engineer
- ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers
- ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS)
- Background in: Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems
- Experience in Electrical Proposals development and in low and medium voltage equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously (good communication)
- Intermediate-Advanced English Level
