**Education: BS **Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering**
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry in this or similar role.
- Advanced English Language

Technical Skills
- **Keysight 3070, Teradyne ICT test systems proven expertise, development and support Flying probe is a plus.**
- **Product strain measuring techniques**
- **Strong electronics knowledge and analysis tools.**
- **Strong experience with measuring and instrumentation, RF instrumentation knowledge is a plus**
- **Testst and and labview and other software development tools desirable**
- **Strong statistical analysis tools expertise, Minitab preferred**
- **Total productive maintenance**
- **MSA and CPK tools**
- **Core tools certification desirable**
- **IATF 16949 knowledge**
- **Code of conduct of the responsible business alliance and quality**
- **Competency of 6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology**
- **6 Sigma tools**

Responsabilities
- **Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others.**
- **Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers.**
- **Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process**
- **Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.**
- **Experience with database management and project management.**
- **Demonstrated ability to influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.**
- **Self-Starter with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to prioritize complex tasks.**
- **Works with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that product launches, and product quality standards are maintained.**
- **Ability to design and take ownership of test stations including interpretation of electrical schematics, understanding of instrumentation specifications and write testing software code.**
- **Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.**
- **Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure.**
- **Ability to effectively anticipate needs and proactively make arrangements, provide information, and contact sources to gather information.**
