In-house Graphic Designer

**Position Summary**

The In-House Graphic Designer will design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. This includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. This role will be responsible for shaping our Marketing Team's visual aspects of websites, corporate identity, exhibitions, advertisements, multimedia design, PowerPoint presentations, prints and more.

A portfolio will be required in the process so be prepared.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Being a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, with excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail will lead to success in this role.
- Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design is a must.
- Design advertisements, reports, artwork, publication pages and covers, brochures, logos, store signage, web pages, and other branding and communication materials.
- Understand the commercial value of graphic design.

**What we expect from you**
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.).
- Strong project management and organization skills, a keen eye for aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
- Ability to self-direct and work independently, while maintaining productive team relationships with colleagues both inside and outside the organization.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to held self and others accountable for high-quality, timely, and effective results.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level and consistent work ethic in all work-related duties.
