**About the Role**:
ANDX is seeking a high-energy, team-oriented Tech Support Agent to provide support to one of our key clients. Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Respond to general inquiries as well as troubleshoot technical inquiries, remote connecting into devices when needed
- Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions
- Alert management of customer feedback trends

**We Need**
- 1+ years of Customer Support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS
- Experience working with ticketing software is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- **English level (Cambridge chart)**:C1
