**Funciones**:

- Manejar incidentes / alertas / situaciones escaladas por Nível 1
- Unir incidentes importantes e incidentes de seguridad para ayudar al controlador de incidentes del cliente
- Ayudar en tareas de proyectos relacionadas con SOC
- Revisar y recomendar ajustes finos de casos de uso
- Generar informes semanales, mensuales, trimestrales y anuales
- Contribuir a la base de conocimientos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación, Ciberseguridad
- 3 años de experiência en monitoreo de ciberseguridad
- Comprensión de conceptos de red, protocolos, servicios y sistemas operativos
- Experiência con SIEM, seguridad de correo electrónico, IPS, seguridad web, listas blancas de aplicaciones, EDR, SOAR y herramientas de detección de anomalías
- Disposición para trabajar en un horario flexible, como trabajo por turnos (incluidos turnos rotativos), días, noches y fines de semana, según sea necesario.
- 100% en sitio

Certificaciones:

- SIEM / SOC / EDR / MDR o NERC-CI

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
