**Position Purpose** **Position Responsibilities & Duties** - Maintain all necessary files and administrative paperwork required to respond to client and management requests. - Serve as a liaison between our customers and vendors maintaining all relationships always keeping our culture and world-class customer service in mind. - Assistant to sales representatives and other departments as a member of our gold team structure. - Process shipment change requests and follow up to ensure completion - Maintain records and logs as required by specific job function - Regular and dependable work attendance.
