Tasks
- Manage the strategy and implementation of internal and external communication through the different media, ensuring dissemination at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure the consistency of corporate content standards in the various campaigns, both internal and external communication, aligned with corporate policies and procedures
- Manage the KPI's of the area, as well as generate information for the elaboration of strategies, improvements and implementation.
- Collaborate with the differet areas within the organization to identify and develop internal communication content, ensuring the alignment of key messages.
- Organization of all official events for the company.
- Assure that all the communication within the company comply with the internal protocols including culture, values and strategies of Continental Periférico Plant.
- Colaborate with other teams in their strategic projects and to offer the communication support so they can reach their objectives through the area.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or organizational communication, or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in Comunications area or similar preferably in the automotive industry, manufacturing
- Management of massive events (more than 500 people)
- Experience in strategic Communication Campaigns that affect the Organization's KPIs
