Descripción del empleo

AECOM México busca un Coordinador de Arquitectura para un proyecto ferroviario.

Funciones

• Diseñar, revisar y supervisar los planos arquitectónicos de edificación, en respuesta a los requerimientos y necesidades del proyecto.
• Diseñar prototipos para el proyecto, tomando en cuenta la normatividad legal y los requerimientos de instalaciones y estructura.
• Realizar los anteproyectos de edificación de acuerdo a las características que presenta el proyecto.
• Realizar, coordinar y controlar el diseño arquitectónico ejecutivo de edificación, para llevar a cabo la correcta ejecución del proyecto.
• Establecer las especificaciones de diseño del proyecto en cuestión.
• Atender las inquietudes de los coordinadores de otras disciplinas con respecto al proyecto arquitectónico.
• Gestión de selección de materiales y equipos con proveedores establecidos por el Consorcio Constructor.
• Formación: Título Arquitectura o Afín.
• Experiência mínima de 6 años (de preferencia 10 años) como líder de proyecto en arquitectura e interiores de preferencia en el sector de transportación.
• Conocimiento de las normas de de construcción y operación.
