- ** Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment**:
- Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to identify resource needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop aligned strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Data Operations teams, HR, and Finance to ensure cohesive planning and decision-making.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership based on capacity planning trends and analytics.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**:
- Oversee the development and refinement of capacity scenarios, ensuring comprehensive analysis of workforce skills, technology capabilities, and organizational constraints.
- Lead the headcount forecasting process and guide the team in conducting scenario analyses to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
- Review and approve regular capacity utilization reports and variance analyses, ensuring actionable insights for leadership.
- ** Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for capacity utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of comprehensive reports and updates to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure timely updates of hiring and attrition trackers, coordinating with HR to address backfill requirements as needed.
- ** Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence**:
- Drive strategic initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance organizational scalability.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices across capacity planning and business operations.
- Support business continuity planning and ensure readiness for operational challenges.
- ** Advisory and Ad-Hoc Support**:
- Provide strategic guidance and ad-hoc analysis to the management team to address emerging business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for capacity planning and resource optimization decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
Who are you?:
You have at least 15 years' experience in Operations, showcasing your wide-ranging operational expertise. You have 5+ years’ strong leadership experience valuing teamwork and the growth of your colleagues?
At your core, you embody the values of collaboration, honesty, and transparency. In addition to these qualities, you bring
- Graduate degree with an MBA in Business Operations (preferred) or equivalent experience required
- PMI PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus
- 5 years, including relevant operations experience
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to manage the details while keeping the broader picture in-mind
- Problem solver, consensus builder, results oriented with ability to quickly act to achieve goals
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects/assignments
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings/working sessions
- Excellent oral/ written communication and presentation skills required
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- English fluency required
