**Misión**: Asegurar la efectiva ejecución de la estrategia omnicanal y planes de acción de todo el equipo de Visita Médica a nível Asesor Nutricional, Gerente Regional y Divisional a través de la administración eficiente de los materiales promocionales físicos y digitales y la correcta alineación con marketing, medical marketing, finanzas y visita médica para identificar áreas de oportunidad y fortalezas que permitan enriquecer y adaptar el modelo omnicanal a las necesidades de los HCPs con el propósito de incrementar el engagement. **Principales Responsabilidades**: 1. Analizar las bases de datos relacionadas con el desempeño del equipo de Visita Médica, entre las que destacan: ATV, MFF CRM y Close Up con el objetivo de mantener los datos actualizados y poder generar reportes a la medida y frecuencia específica ((Cobertura, Frecuencia, uso de CLM, Market Share,etc) para los diferentes equipos relacionados con la estrategia de engagment médico (Visita Médica, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Finanzas y Dirección General.) 2. Garantizar la correcta ejecución del envío de inicios de tratamiento al equipo de Visita Médica en las diferentes regiones del país, coordinando de forma "end to end" el flujo de actividades de dicho proceso comenzando en la Oficina Central, la entrega a los Asesores Nutricionales, así como el registro y monitoreo efectivo en el MFF CRM. 3. Garantizar la ejecución del Medical Field Force Planning process garantizando el cumplimiento de actividades pre y post ciclo de Visita Médica de cada una de las áreas comerciales del equipo de nutrición infantil que participan en este proceso. 4. Apoyar los proyectos de actualización y desarrollo de MFF CRM liderados por el equipo global planeados a implementarse en México (Vault, Einstein, CRM, etc) **Requisitos Clave**: 1. Experiência en visita medica y comunicación a profesionales de la salud (nutrición / farmaceuticos ) 2. Gestion de proyectos dentro del mercado, tareas involucradas con profesionales de la salud en temas relacionados a nutricion infantil, productos, R&D, etc 3. Experiência en planeación, gerenciamiento y evaluación de inversiones. 4. Experiência en capacitación y formación de equipos de visita medica. 5. Licenciatura en Nutrición, Mercadotecnia, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o de Sistemas 6. Inglés avanzado 7. Paquetería/Software: Tablas dinamicas, Excel, Twins 8. Conocimiento de CRM VIVA
