The Latin America & the Caribbean Marketing & Communications team is meant to be a partner to the business segments when it comes to brand reputation, content development and relationship with strategic stakeholders. We offer support, expertise and partnership, from managing blogs and social media presence to participation in industry events, brokers’ incentive campaigns, employee engagement and other initiatives. Our internal clients rely on us, as AIG narrative ambassadors, to invigorate business opportunities and position the AIG brand, our products and our executives as though leaders in the minds of our brokers, clients, and business partners.

About the role

**What you need to know**:
The primary purpose of the AIG Mexico’s Digital Communications & Social Media Specialist is working closely with the regional head of Digital & Social Media and the local Marketing & Communications manager to identify business priorities and opportunities, showcasing the AIG differentiators, products, institutional initiatives and others across the country’s social media channels in accordance with global and regional guidelines.
Your contribution at AIG

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the routine of AIG Mexico’s current Social Media channels and digital platforms (website and future blog)
Propose creative online campaigns and organize an always-on content calendar that meet with local business priorities and position the AIG brand, our products and leaders as though leaders in the Mexican market
Supervise Community Management efforts along with Customer Success team
Coordinate the digital agencies, providing them guidance and business drivers to facilitate their work
Deploy global and regional Digital & Social media guidelines and campaigns to the Mexico market
Estipulate, manage and execute paid media plans for social media and online advertising within the budget along with the agency aiming optimization targets and follow regional/global benchmarks
Understand and identify buyer personas and create targeted audiences clusters for online advertising and sponsored campaigns
Elaborate with the agency a routine of metrics reporting aligned with regional KPIs for better decision making and results delivery to the business
Social media advisory for senior executives, especially for LinkedIn. Ghost-writing of stories and posts.
Handle our Marketing CRM (Eloqua) and Inbound Marketing campaigns. Be in charge of our contacts base governance in accordance with company’s privacy policies and local data protection regulations
Brand advocate for pieces of design and voice tone/narrative, keeping in mind AIG’s differentiators, our Purpose & Values and visual guidelines
Manage all Digital & Social Media expenses and payments according to local policies, procedures, and deadlines
Collaborate with the AIG Mexico’s Marketing & Communications team routine, constantly participating in 360 initiatives and supporting other areas within the team including - but not only - internal communications, incentive campaigns, events, and others, according to local needs

**What we’re looking for**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years in corporate social media channels handling, aimed to promote corporate reputation and target-audiences’ engagement
Experience in managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and others)
Experience with Online Advertising (Google Display Network, Google Search, Native Ads - Taboola, Outbrain, Verizon, Programmatic)
Elementary knowledge about websites and blogs (SEO/SEM, Landing pages, Adobe Experience Manager/HTML)
Experience with B2B or B2B2C Marketing models
Managing external vendors and agencies

**Skills**:Excellent Spanish writing/content development
Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Creativity. Open mindset for alternative and innovative digital marketing strategies
