SVC ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Otis está creciendo y estamos reclutando un Asesor Comercial de Ventas de Servicio para nuestro equipo de CDMX. El objetivo principal de la función es lograr el crecimiento de las ventas mediante el desarrollo de una cartera de clientes potenciales, centrándose en la obtención de nuevos contratos de mantenimiento, con responsabilidad adicional en la venta de proyectos de reparación y modernización.
En un día normal tendrás que:
- Desarrollo de Nuevos Negocios (Business Development): Identificar, generar y evaluar nuevos leads de ventas a través de herramientas de análisis de categorización de clientes, procesos de marketing predictivos y a cartera existente.- Desarrollar una planeación y lectura de mercado meta - Planeación de Negocios.- CX y Fidelización de Cuentas (Análisis Sistémico).- Manejo avanzado de sistemas y herramientas de tecnología (ERP, CRM, Redes Sociales, Apps, Excel, etc)- Cumplir el plan anual de ventas en todas las líneas de negocio, observando KPIs
Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito- Educación superior obligatoria; mínimo pasante- Experiência mínima de 2 años en posición similar. Preferente en la industria.- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
