**Job description**
We are seeking a talented and experienced bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Mone Transport LLC. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating job offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Help in any HR processes involved in the company to maintain the best work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
