This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the inner workings of financial operations, reporting, and analysis in a fast-paced, global environment.- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s** degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field- Strong grasp of financial principles and accounting concepts- Solid proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)- Bonus points for familiarity with **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or financial modeling tools- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**What You'll Do**- Assist in preparing monthly financial forecasts and performance reports- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts to uncover key insights- Support workforce planning through monitoring live rosters, attrition, and requisitions- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial models- Help create executive-level dashboards and management reports- Conduct financial trend and risk analysis to identify growth opportunities- Collaborate with accounting during close cycles- Drive improvements in FP&A tools and automation of reporting processes- Join cross-functional meetings to assess financial impact on operations

Who are you?:
