Junior Engineering Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to support our Engineering Team and help spearhead our growth. As a Junior Engineering Manager, you will maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and monitor job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, coordinating, and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop personal interaction with team members and look for growth opportunities.
- Analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity and forecasting on the projects' profitability.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting financial results.
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with Financials, Budget management.
- Experience in the IT industry and with Agile Methodology.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Advanced English level.
