Delivery of high-quality product releases and functionality. Successfully manage and coordinate complex, multi-phased programs by guiding cross-functional teams and business partners to define, scope, plan, and deliver high-quality software products. Manage the performance of the development team ensuring product commitments are met with respect to quality, budget, and schedule.- Collaborate with Internal Sr. Leadership, TTEC Executive Leadership and other internal Business leaders to plan, develop and execute the Software Products strategy in concert with multiple cross-functional teams. Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance and compliment Software Strategies.- Promote continuous process improvement and sound software engineering practices across a global team that will enable the development and support of an innovative product. Ensuring Agile practices are applied and followed. Identify and resolve problems, gaps, and challenges in engineering processes.- Act as the single point of contact for all project activities, schedule, and status. Ensuring proper communication on development deliverables as appropriate up through executive management levels within the organization.- Enabling the sharing of best practices across a global development team.
