**¿Qué harás como FP&A Analyst en Sealed Air?**:
Formarás parte del equipo global de Planeación y Análisis Financiero Corporativo, apoyando procesos clave como el reporte mensual de gestión y análisis de variaciones, el proceso de forecast mensual, así como la elaboración del plan operativo anual, el plan estratégico y proyectos especiales como reestructuras. Serás una pieza clave para analizar la información financiera consolidada de Sealed Air y contribuir a la toma de decisiones del negocio.

**¿Por qué te necesitamos?**:

- Facilitarás solicitudes y aprobaciones de gasto de proyectos para diferentes áreas del negocio.
- Darás seguimiento, elaborarás reportes, forecasts, conciliaciones y análisis relacionados con el gasto de proyectos.
- Apoyarás en auditorías relacionadas con los controles del equipo de FP&A.
- Atenderás solicitudes ad hoc de líderes a través de distintos managers del equipo FP&A.
- Serás el punto de contacto financiero principal para varias funciones de SG&A.
- Realizarás revisiones analíticas de resultados reales contra presupuesto, forecast y año anterior, a distintos níveles funcionales y sistemas de información.
- Coordinarás y apoyarás el proceso mensual de forecast.
- Apoyarás los procesos de Plan Operativo Anual y Plan Estratégico, consolidando resultados y presentaciones para el liderazgo senior.

**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?**:

- Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Fluidez en inglés (oral y escrita).
- Conocimiento en sistemas de planeación y consolidación financiera como OneStream o Hyperion (HFM/Essbase).
- Manejo de SAP y herramientas de inteligencia de negocios.
- Habilidad con Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización de datos.
