Pricing Coordinator

**The Role**:
The Pricing Coordinator will be a key role in Pricing & Strategy interfacing with several stakeholders in Retail to optimize Retail site profitability.
- Responsible to deliver C1 Fuels Margin targets as well as District Volume Targets to improve profitability.
- Active engagement with key Retail stakeholders for generation and execution of new creative means of gaining competitive advantage through promotional pricing
- To assist with interfacing Pricing with Marketing, Loyalty, & Convenience Retail groups to develop cross-promotional opportunities and strategies
- Frequent review and identification of required pricing strategy changes
- Challenge & influence TM’s/DM’s towards Market-Level tactical pricing solutions or alternative pricing options
- Market trend analytics to uncover main patterns & themes in key competitor pricing and devise strategies to counter and improve market position
- Provide strategic recommendations from weekly and monthly pricing reports (e.g. V-Power Penetration, Nitro+ Gains, Rack vs. Street Price, etc.)
- Demand Forecasting back-up for volume related activities in all retail channels
- Assist CI initiatives to achieve long-term goals in improving overall market profitability
- Engage and develop relationships with Global colleagues to promote knowledge and best practice sharing
- Pricing Coordinators Support
- Co-Responsible for the P&L consolidation and LE preparation in conjunction with finance departments.
**Skill Set**
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- 5+ years professional retail experience and a strong overall understanding of the retail business or from a commercial role in another line of business (Previous pricing experience in other retail category can be a plus)
- Investigative thinking and astute attention to detail while demonstrating ability to think broadly
- Proven commercial mindset
- Process analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines or requisite business experience.
- Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) advanced experience/knowledge required.
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- High degree of self-direction
**Additional Comments**
- Role requires accessibility beyond normal business hours. This could include weekend and holidays hours.
