This individual is responsible for procuring and maintaining relationships with University conference services and the meeting industry that will ensure exceptional scholar experiences by securing and contracting locations and vendors to host and support K12 Individual programs. The role involves direct communication with internal staff, a close attention to detail and an ability to support business decisions confidently.The College Relations Coordinator is responsible for administrative support such as organizing & fulfilling contractual deadlines and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Active VISA is a MUST.
- Work with Program Management, Finance, Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to determine program requirements.
- Develop and distribute RFPs, financially model as needed that meet program specifications and allow the assumption of minimum risk and liability.
- Collaborate with leadership, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Operations and other departments in communicating venue specific requirements.
- Track and monitor individual venue requirements.
- Act as the contract expert for each respective venue.
- Financial tracking and oversight of deposits and invoices with all internal stakeholders to ensure that programs remain within budget.
- Create & manage status tracking for use by prograM/Field teams as well as events team to enhance execution of arranged venues for events and lodging
- Oversee administrative functions, including drafting and managing contracts, monitoring compliance with program budgets, and maintaining accurate planning and event documents.
- Conduct post-program debrief with staff to review venue and vendor performance, function space changes and any issues/concerns that should be addressed.
