Local Unit & Position Description:
**DNV - Business Assurance is seeking a Contracts Support Specialist** to support our renewal and amendments of contracts within our Management Systems Certification Business.

**The role will be based in Mexico City, MX, and report directly to the manager for the sector.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Communicate with internal colleagues and other departments to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
- Information Analysis and Research
- Track and manage work assignments
- Other duties assigned by appropriate management

Position Qualifications:
**What is Required**
- Minimum of High school diploma
- A minimum of two years experience in the industry
- Advanced English language, verbal and written
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Two years of experience in Customer Service
- Demonstratable quality of work for a high-volume workload with deadlines
- Able to effectively manage time, project data, and communicate details well with others
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with an uncompromising dedication to ethical, professional behavior
- Capable of working effectively both in remote team environments as well as individually
- Strong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills
- We conduct pre-employment background screening

**What is Preferred**
- Industry experience in Certification
- Working with quoting or contracts
- A college degree is a plus
