**what are we looking for?**
- Design, implement, optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating squads on new cloud adoption initiatives, ensuring cloud infrastructure security and ensuring PCI DSS compliance

**Responsibilities**:

- Deploying cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Responsible for ensuring the uptime of the platform and services to our internal customers
- Responsible for debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers,, serverless, etc...
- Provide support to our internal users to ensure the resolution of their incidents in the best possible time
- Training teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel
- Ensuring continued compliance with recurring PCI-required controls
- Document in internal or external spaces procedures, architectures and collaborate in knowledge management
- Provide Level 1 Escalation support for Major Enterprise Outages
- Responsible for delivering informative reports as leader of the assigned components
