You will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating squads on new cloud adoption initiatives, ensuring cloud infrastructure security and ensuring PCI DSS compliance**Responsibilities**:- Deploying cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle- Responsible for ensuring the uptime of the platform and services to our internal customers- Responsible for debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers,, serverless, etc...- Provide support to our internal users to ensure the resolution of their incidents in the best possible time- Training teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions- Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel- Ensuring continued compliance with recurring PCI-required controls- Document in internal or external spaces procedures, architectures and collaborate in knowledge management- Provide Level 1 Escalation support for Major Enterprise Outages- Responsible for delivering informative reports as leader of the assigned components
