**You will be responsible for**:
- Establish metrics and coordinate programs to accelerate Data Governance practices across business and tech teams, ensuring compliance and privacy regulations.
- Define and track KPIs to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user goals and product performance.
- Own intake commitment, roadmap and quality of work product for a value stream(s).
- Engage the business teams through data democratization initiatives such as Self-Service BI and Data Catalog implementation.
- Be a leader in our agile squad, balancing business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
- Collaborates with multiple data domains. Support data stewards in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- A minimum of 4 years with relevant data and analytics experience, preferably with data governance.
- People leadership experience.
- Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools. Including ETL and Data Ecosystem (e.g. AWS, Azure, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Ability to conduct data governance initiatives and programs.
- Able to serve as a change agent in a data-driven culture which is focused on embracing digital practices and leveraging data governance knowledge.
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the problem forward.
- Strong capacity to drive and manage multiple competing initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement mindset.
- Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, MVPs) and frameworks (SAFe).
- Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain data concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
- Passion for learning, sharing and implementing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
**Other**:
- Advanced Business English oral and written skills.
- Intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous experience with Data Governance initiatives is a plus.—
- Previous experience with Data Literacy is a plus.
- Previous experience with UX/UI/Design is a plus.
