Retention Specialist

Dealership Performance 360 CRM is growing fast With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for a Retention Specialist to provide accurate, clear, and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to save customers who request to cancel services.
**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them
- Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Must be able to articulate the value of products
- Ability to find the right fit for a customer with a product that fits their needs
- Deliver extraordinary service on outbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- Consult customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing benefits of using our service.
- Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, and handling objections
- Provide clear and concise information
- Update customer account information as needed
- Use provided tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs
- Meet or exceed all performance metrics
