**iLab Product Management Director**:
Mexico

**About the role**

Location: Hybrid, Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid,
Role Purpose:
Support development of US iLab technology strategy to support creation of customer experience and customer engagement product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change.
Main Responsibilities:

- Identify technologies to address customer needs, Co-create and execute US iLab products to respond to business challenges.
- Drive e2e functional architecture and system integration of US iLab products across processes, data, and technologies.
- Demonstrate value & impact of US iLab products as well as support to deliver financial targets
- Guide US functions to enable and adopt existing (and emerging) US iLab products
- Drive, facilitate the approval of US iLab products portfolio investment plans.
- Support the product teams to continually learn and advance maturity of the teams and broader organization; solves for roadblocks and advocates for product teams.
- Acts as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities and relevant US iLab product information with both business stakeholders and colleagues across DD&IT and Proactively shares knowledge of US iLab technology risks with business.
- Ensure agile ways of working are applied for US iLab product development / delivery / lifecycle.

**Role Requirements**

Essential requirements:

- Expert knowledge in new trends and technologies like AI, LLM/NLP, Gamification, AR/VR and solutions that drive innovation is a must.
- Commercial experience in various roles across global, region, and local and across disciplines (sales, marketing, etc.) in pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated Product Management; Experience working in product teams or digital/tech highly desirable.
- 5+ years of management experience
- Understanding digital Financial Management.
- Capability to lead without formal authority. Deep knowledge in Pharma industry.
- Fluent English
