**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Lead a team of Quality Control agents who must ensure compliance with the requirements of our Quality System as well as existing regulations, putting into practice mechanisms that ensure the conformity of the product and process, responding to the company's priorities.
- Generate and track corrective actions and determine preventive actions to support our KPI´s and SLA´s through problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Lead an efficient and effective team that responds in a timely manner to the activities of the Quality team, building relationships with internal customers, thinking, and acting strategically withing the available resources.
- Train, build and grow talent within your team, taking actions according to the needs of the team individuals.
- Create a safe, healthy, and ethical environment for the team.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have more than 5 years on a Quality function.
- You are professional graduate engineer - Aeronautic or Industrial or Mechanical
- You have develop competencies: Accountability, Being Transparent & Authentic, Communication, Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Decision-making, Driving Success, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Development, Engagement, Ethical leadership, Leading Change, Leading teams, Operational excellence mindset, Performance management, Problem Solving, Providing Direction, Quality Mindset, Team Spirit
- You have knowledge, AS9100, inspection equipment and methods, lean manufacturing, executive reports, definition and management of KPI´s, SAP
- You have advance English (written and spoken)
