What will you do?

Management of operations and all operative functions: Quality, Manufacturing, Research and Development and Logistics. Ensure Delivery Reliability, Non Conformance Cost and Business Performance by P&L. Responsible of 900 employees and 33 Production Lines, managing Absenteism, Turnover & Engagment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure and improve Key Indicators for the business (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Cost)
- Ensure people motivation and engagement
- Assure Zero Harm Culture
- Review profitability in business
- Monitor and drive of capital investment in business

What will you need to succeed?
- Engineering Bachelor Degree
- Lean manufacturing principles and Industrial Engineering
- MBA / Other Master Desirable
- Strong experience in People Management Skills and Leadership
- Knowledge of quality system and OSHA
