**Job**

**Description**:
A growing firm is seeking a strategic Marketing Coordinator with leadership

skills and experience in digital advertising. This key position will drive

brand positioning, lead the marketing team, and ensure the achievement of

commercial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the execution of paid campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
- Coordinate the marketing team: designer, digital specialist, community manager.
- Identify opportunities to improve external communication and brand positioning.
- Set departmental KPIs and ensure goal achievement.
- Manage the campaign and launch calendar.
- Handle advertising budgets and performance reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends and marketing tools.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience coordinating or supervising marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
- Experience in the legal, service, or agency sectors is a plus.
