Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Responsibilities**:- Manage and optimize social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, creating engaging content and growing followers.- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to manage leads, nurture prospects, and track campaign performance.- Leverage ZoomInfo for lead generation and market research.- Coordinate and execute marketing events, webinars, and conferences.- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.- Experience in the logistics or fulfillment services industry is a plus.- Proven experience using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform) and ZoomInfo.- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.- Experience with social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Data-driven and analytical mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Content Creation- CRM Management (preferred)Beneficios- Fondo de Ahorro- SGMM- Vales de Despensa- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- 30 días de Aguinaldo- Beneficios superiores a la Ley**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Mercadotecnia/Publicidad/Comunicación/RRPP**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Híbrido**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $45,000 - $80,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
