You support our team as **Manufacturing Process Engineer - Assembly (f/m/d)**: **Responsibilities**: - Complying with the safety procedures established in the department. - Design efficient and safe finishing and assembly processes considering materials, machinery, equipment, software and most importantly, human resources. - Develop manuals, procedures, guides, visual aids for implementation in the production area. - Identify waste within the process and develop analysis (“PDCA”) for the elimination or mitigation of these. - Ensure that the products to be manufactured and/or assembled have a manufacturing route in the SAP system. - Leads continuous improvement projects. - Generates and validates content for the training of operational personnel. - Responsible for defining the manufacturing flow of a finished product (seals). - Develops and validates technology that contributes to the efficiency of the production processes. - Employs strong collaboration and stakeholder communication. **Qualifications**: - Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineer. - Experience in the metal-mechanical industry (+4 years of experience). - Intermediate - Advanced English. - SAP, Autocad, CAM systems knowledge. - Experience CNC processes and mechanical seals (desirable).
