**Transnational company, global leader in marketing and distribution of food supplements is looking for talent with the following profile**:Engineer, Quality & Inventory Control**:The quality assurance and Inventory Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest product quality standards throughout the supply chain through the planning, implementation, validation and monitoring of corporate policies and national quality procedures, promptly reporting any defect or quality problem anywhere in the supply chain, so that engineer-initiated initiatives can be taken to lessen the impact of quality problems. In addition to collaborating with the planning, coordination and execution departments of the different business strategies**_Skills and Competencies:_**- PC Management / Agility in the computer / Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Intermediate-advanced Excel.- Management of office packages, ORACLE, SAP, AGILE.- Ability to work under pressure.- Frustration tolerance.- Analysis and interpretation of data and information- Numerical ability.- Teamwork.- Project management.- Service attitude.- Work for goals.- Decision making and negotiation skills.- Availability to travel.**Requirements**:- Experience: minimum 2 - 3 years in manufacturing, storage and/or distribution areas.- Experience in product quality.- Knowledge of regulations:- ISO*Quality Management Systems- NOM-251-SSA1-2009, Hygiene practices for the processing of food, beverages or food supplements.- NOM-120-SSA1-1994, Goods and services. Hygiene and sanitation practices for the processing of food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.- Consolidated Standards for Inspection - AIB International.- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and/or ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System).- Management of ANSI tables (Sampling procedures and tables for inspection by product attributes).- Knowledge in 5's (Organization, Order and cleanliness within the workplace).**Education**:- Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer or similar.**Prefered Requirements**:- Control Total de Calidad (TQC).- SQF (Safe Quality Food).- Lean manufacturing.**We offer**:Competitive salaryBenefits of law and above: Major medical insuranceDental and vision insuranceLife insuranceAnnual bonus30 days of Christmas bonus9 days vacationFood vouchers75% vacation bonusJob stability Professional growthSchedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 6 Hybrid Scheme 3 day at office 2 day at homeLocation: Offices in Santa Fe
