A Fender is more than an instrument; it's a cultural symbol that resonates globally. **About the job**: - Create and maintain inventory requests and managing communication to ensure all proper documentation is in order. - Coordinate and manage travel and day-to-day calendar schedules. - Communicate and follow-through with outside contacts and VIP's. - Create documents and presentations as requested. - Greet office guests and follow protocol for checking in with Envoy - Partner with HR during new hire on-boarding - Backup for mailroom functions **What you need**: - Required: Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a position or similar. - Prior experience providing customer service to high-profile office visitors. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication skills English and Spanish (Written, verbal and interpersonal). - Extremely organized with exceptionally strong multi-tasking and time-management capabilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidence. - Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act as each executive's "right hand". - And of course...a passion for all thing's music **About Fender Musical Instruments**:
