**About the role**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate **Senior Graphic Designer**to join our company venture, Willow. In this** full-time position**, you will contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that drive results for our company.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.
- This position requires working a fixed US schedule, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)._

**Seniority Level: Senior Level**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Ensure that all designs meet the company standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrate new resources/techniques where needed

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in digital graphic design or related field
- Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work
- Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering fast output and good design

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- Proficient in digital motion and video graphic production tools
- Experience in retail marketing or digital branding
- Direct experience with consumer e-commerce
- Experience working in the telemedicine field.
