**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The Data & Analytics Young Professional supports the Mid Market business in analyzing information and building reports/business views to secure the correct steering of the business from Senior Managers. It also plays a key role to secure a data-driven demand generation through the improvement of data volume and quality in the Mid Market space (company information, propensity to buy models, etc.)

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Build business reports to show progress on performance indicators across services/lines of business
- Construct automated reports for stakeholder consumption in tools like SAP Analytics Cloud
- Gather and process market data to secure a comprehensive market mapping including accounts and metadata like revenue, # of employees, industry, etc.
- Strengthen data intelligence analysis to improve customer targeting for demand generation activities considering sales potential, white spaces, propensity to buy, intent data

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong analytical skills - experience in data analysis for decision making
- Experience in building analytical data models in Excel or Business Intelligence tools
- Consistency in delivering tasks and raising hand for support in a timely manner
- Proactive player being able to propose new ideas to improve operations or deliver higher value to internal customers
