- A holder of demonstrable implementation Golang or Java experience
- Having at least 5 years of overall professional software development background
- Possessing 2+ years of professional expertise in a multiple-stakeholder environment
- Able to change your own opinions and preferred methods based on new evidence
- Demonstrating excellent written & verbal communication skills, including the art of being concise
- Holding strong opinions on how to best build, ship, and support software
- Showing a positive and collaborative demeanor
